Dealer-FX is proud to announce they have initiated a national service retention program in partnership with Mitsubishi Canada.

Mitsubishi dealers across the country will be implementing Dealer-FX’s VIN-Specific Maintenance Menu, Personalized Sales to Service Transition, Personal AutoValet & Homepage and other customer retention tools.

While the program’s main focus will be to improve customer retention and loyalty, there will also be a strong push to reactivate inactive service customers and an overall effort to maximize the total experience for a Mitsubishi customer.
