1. Electronic Vehicle Walk-Around Process

A formalized vehicle Walk-Around will ensure a consistent process designed to maximize upsells while reducing customer damage claims. This application allows you to customize areas of opportunity for your advisors to focus on, in addition to noting damage. You can pre-select items such as tire wear, state inspection and smog expiration dates, dents, glass chips, etc. By following this process, any vehicle safety issues, repair costs and time expectations can be set immediately.

2. Electronic Vehicle Inspection & Report

The Electronic Vehicle Inspection & Report (EVIR) provides a consistent, timely and accurate inspection process with an output in either electronic or printed format, allowing the advisor to easily communicate with the customer regarding any concerns or needed repairs. In addition, the EVIR allows a technician to immediately send comments to a service advisor, speeding up the entire process.

The built-in reporting will allow you to measure the advisor’s individual performance and ensure inspection process accountability.

Customer Retention Status Added to Menu-FX

Menu-FX clients are now able to quickly and easily identify customer status to maximize retention and service sales opportunities.

Users of Menu-FX, our VIN-Specific Maintenance Menu application are now able to gain more insight into their customer’s service status at a glance.

The integration of Customer Retention Status allows the service advisor to easily identify a customer’s status in one of four key categories: Active, Missed Visit, Potentially Lost or Lost. This helps your service department identify declined service opportunities or initiate steps to get the customer to return for service.

In addition, the dashboard shows a customer’s Warranty Status which allows you to identify extended warranty sales opportunities.
