Dealer-FX is the exclusive or preferred service technology provider for Mitsubishi, FCA, Nissan, Infiniti, Toyota, Lexus, Audi and several other OEMs in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico, and has more than 2,500 dealership clients. Dealer-FX is based in Toronto, ON.

Gary Kalk

Founder, President & CEO

Gary Kalk is President & CEO of Dealer-FX Group, Inc. and has more than 25 years’ experience in the automotive industry. He‘s held senior roles in retail marketing and operations, giving him an awareness of all aspects of a dealership’s workings, particularly fixed operations. His strong understanding of retail marketing systems & processes, as well as his early recognition of the importance of the customer experience, have positioned him as a leader in helping dealers drive customer retention & profitability. At the OEM level, Gary’s helped develop customer experience and retention programs for leading OEMs including Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA Group), Audi, Mazda, Lexus, Toyota, Nissan, Honda, Acura, Suzuki, General Motors, Mitsubishi, and Subaru.

Bill Lucchini

Bill Lucchini

Chief Operating Officer

Bill brings over twenty-five years of business strategy, management, and operational experience to Dealer-FX. Prior to Dealer-FX, Bill led the cloud security business unit at Sophos, a global provider of enterprise-grade security solutions. Before Sophos, Bill was the Chief Operating Officer at OnForce where he was responsible for day-to-day customer operations, product development, and marketing.

He started his career at Intuit and held a variety of leadership roles in several of Intuit’s businesses, including QuickBooks Online, the Mid-Market Division, the Intuit Partner Platform, and QuickBase.

In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Bill will play a critical role in helping Dealer-FX to evolve and scale as our customer base grows. Bill has a proven track record in other fast-growth businesses and will bring that experience to help Dealer-FX stay ahead of the growth curve.

Michael Ford

Chief Financial Officer

Michael brings over twenty-five years of experience honing strategic financial and operational leadership skills in fast-paced growth-oriented technology enterprises.

He has extensive expertise in successfully raising debt and equity, enhancing working capital, and strengthening profitability through business process improvement and revenue generation support.

He also has a passion for change management as well as building and leading high-performance teams.

Alan Fong

Alan Fong

Chief Technology Officer

Alan brings over twenty years of technology leadership and execution experience, where he has built and developed innovative, high-growth technology companies in multiple industries - automotive, healthcare, telecom and enterprise workload management.

With his progressive responsibilities in the software industry, Alan has created product value by understanding customer problems, then building technology solutions that lead to improved business outcomes and realize hyper-growth. Alan is also very involved in the startup ecosystem as an advisor and mentor to various startups, helping them focus to build for customer value and prepare to rapidly scale. Alan holds a Computer Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo.

As Chief Technology Officer, Alan will accelerate innovation, research, development, building and testing for the ONE Platform offering. Alan joins Dealer-FX from Fleet Complete, where he most recently served as Chief Technology Officer.

James Knight

James Knight

Executive VP, Strategy & Business Development

With almost 25 years in the automotive industry, James brings a wealth of knowledge to the Dealer-FX team. He has held senior positions at Reynolds and Reynolds, ADP Dealer Services and The Higher Gear Group.

James currently oversees North American sales and focuses on strategic account management and new business development for Dealer-FX. He has extensive nation-wide experience deploying CRM solutions at Tier 1 levels with OEMs, large dealer groups and individual dealerships.

James has been a key customer advocate for the Gold-Support Training program, which has raised dealership profits, increased customer engagement on the drive and helped improve the customer’s overall experience in the service department.

Laurent Villanueva

Laurent Villanueva

Executive VP, Client Services

Laurent is an MBA and an automotive engineer with a track record of solving B2B clients’ technological & operational challenges and integrating these learnings into holistic business strategies.

He is a leader in Change Management and Employee Motivation with consistent results across North America, Western Europe, Asia and Australia. Laurent started his career with Siemens VDO (now Continental Automotive) where he was quickly promoted from Project Engineer to Project Manager and then Business Manager. He then moved to Lafarge, where he led a sales organization of 50+ in Canada before being selected to lead the implementation of processes and CRM tools throughout the global organization. Within Dealer-FX, Laurent leads the training and installation teams. He holds an engineering degree from a French “Grande École” (Master equivalent) and an MBA from Queen’s University. Laurent is fluent in English, French and Spanish.

Kris Tierney

Kris Tierney

VP, People & Culture

Kris’s approach as an executive leader is to achieve results by creating outstanding workplaces where people & culture are strategic priorities. Kris started her career in hospitality where she held various leadership and management positions.

From there, she developed her HR acumen in progressive HR and leadership positions at TD Bank Financial Group and TD Canada Trust, and as an independent Training Consultant. She honed her skills in leadership, strategy, and culture during her 10 years at Questrade, Inc., contributing to the organization’s growth from start-up to 4th largest online brokerage firm in Canada. Kris earned her Business Administration Diploma, Human Resources (with Distinction) from St. Lawrence College in Kingston, Ontario and the Human Resources Post Graduate Certificate from Humber College in Toronto. She has achieved the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designations from Canada’s HR Professional Association. Kris has also earned the Human Capital Strategist certificate from the Human Capital Institute, and an Associate’s Certificate in Project Management from McMaster University. Since joining Dealer-FX Group Inc. as VP, People & Culture, Kris has continued to provide vision and leadership in all areas of Dealer-FX’s people & culture programs and practices.
