During the month of April, Dealer-FX will offer Mobile Check-In to all ONE Platform dealers (with account in good standing) at no charge for the months of April, May and June. Upon completion of this period, dealers will have the option to opt-in to Customer Self Check-In for a monthly fee of $395.
Installation fees are waived for dealers participating in the program.
How it Works:
Mobile Check-In, by Dealer-FX provides your customers with a self-serve alternative to a kiosk, enabling a no-touch check-in process. Prior to a scheduled service visit, your customer will receive a notification and link to begin the check-in process, view and select previously declined service work (factory and dealer recommended), and view recall notifications for their vehicle. This check-in can be easily completed on the customer’s mobile device and includes the ability to capture the customer’s signature digitally from their device – ensuring a truly touchless experience.
Once a Mobile Check-In is completed, the customer is provided with details as to where to leave their vehicle and keys, and a notification is provided to your service team. Service Advisors can then begin the write-up process with little to no physical interaction with customers, while still gathering all of the necessary information needed to successfully maintain and/or repair the customer’s vehicle. Mobile Check-In features integration with ONE Platform and your DMS. Additional features are planned for an early Q3 release.
By providing this check-in alternative, you will give customers the peace-of-mind that they can continue to visit your dealership to properly maintain or repair their vehicle in a time of social distancing. Combined with other ‘no-touch’ tools – text messaging, digital multi-point inspection, internal dealership messaging – Dealer-FX can support your team to continue to provide an efficient and effective service operation.
