GM 3Synergy with Dealer-FX

Booking through GM

GM customers book where GM put the button: in the myChevrolet, myBuick, myGMC and myCadillac apps and through GM’s Online Service Scheduling. Those appointments land on the same schedule as your website and your desk, with the vehicle’s OnStar alerts and open field actions already attached.

  • GM OSS integration: appointments from the GM apps on your schedule
  • Oil life, tire pressure and field actions attached from the vehicle
  • Written to your DMS as booked
myChevrolet booking for a Silverado showing 12% oil life, a low tire, the 45,000-mile service on the appointment and 18,400 Rewards points, beside the schedule where every GM channel has landed.

Reading the vehicle

SAVI reads the truck so the advisor does not type it. VIN, mileage, trouble codes and oil life fill the write-up; warranty status, field actions, OnStar diagnostics and service history come from GM; parts price from GM Global EPC on the same screen.

  • SAVI vehicle data at check-in: VIN, mileage, trouble codes, oil life
  • GM warranty, field actions, OnStar diagnostics and service history on the write-up
  • GM Global EPC parts lookup and pricing at the write-up
Check-in filled from SAVI with VIN, 44,812 miles, two trouble codes and oil life, GM field action, warranty, OnStar and history rows beneath, and GM Global EPC parts priced alongside.

Rewarding the visit

This is where 3Synergy pays the customer back. My GM Rewards points earned on the vehicle come off the service bill; the GM Rewards Card enrolls at the write-up; SiriusXM activates on the vehicle; GM Protection is quoted with the invoice. Every one of them lands in GM’s Visit Summary.

  • My GM Rewards points applied to service at checkout
  • GM Rewards Card enrollment and SiriusXM activation in the shop
  • GM Protection products quoted with the estimate
Service checkout showing four GM offers with their status and a customer invoice where 18,400 Rewards points reduce $486.20 to $302.20.

Measuring against GM

GM measures the program in the Visit Summary: MPVI rate, media attach, estimate sent, digital check-in and online payment. Insights shows you the same fields against PASE targets, before GM does.

  • Visit Summary fields on your dashboard, current when you open them
  • PASE targets and iMR co-op eligibility in view
  • Nightly feed to GM, with delivery confirmed
