The Forward Lane Promotional Sweepstakes Official Rules

Eligibility, qualification and prizes.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

These are the official rules of The Forward Lane Promotional Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), sponsored by Snap-on and administered by Dealer-FX. By participating, an Eligible Dealership agrees to these Official Rules.

This version is dated October 8, 2026.

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Snap-on Incorporated, 2801 80th Street, Kenosha, Wisconsin 53143 (the “Sponsor”). It is administered on the Sponsor’s behalf by Dealer-FX North America Group, Inc., 150 Commerce Valley Dr W, Suite 900, Markham, Ontario L3T 7P4 (the “Administrator”).

Stellantis, Mopar, Mopar Service Gateway, and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates are not sponsors of, do not administer, and do not endorse the Sweepstakes.

The Sweepstakes is open only to Eligible Dealerships located in the United States. “Eligible Dealership” means one Stellantis-authorized dealership location operating under a unique Stellantis dealer code, except for dealerships that completed their go-live as described in Section 4 before October 8, 2026. Dealership locations under common ownership may participate separately only if each has a separate dealer code and independently satisfies the applicable requirements. A relocation, ownership change, duplicate demo, or other change does not create an additional entry for the same dealer code.

Each Eligible Dealership is assigned to one track based on its status when the Sweepstakes begins and may participate in only that track:

Track Eligible Dealership Standard qualification method
Transitioning Dealerships An existing wiADVISOR dealership moving to Mopar Service Gateway with Dealer-FX Go live and meet at least three of five utilization targets
New Dealerships A Stellantis dealership that was not a Dealer-FX customer when the Sweepstakes began Book and complete a Qualifying Demo

Each track has up to 100 qualifying spots and two prizes. Entries in one track do not compete for spots or prizes in the other track.

The Sponsor, Administrator, their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and persons directly involved in developing, administering, verifying, or conducting the Sweepstakes are ineligible. An Eligible Dealership owned or controlled by an ineligible person or entity, or whose entry is materially influenced by such a person, is also ineligible.

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Central Time on October 8, 2026.

The Transitioning Dealership Track ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on March 31, 2027, or when its 100th spot is filled, whichever occurs first. A standard-method entrant must complete its 30-day measurement window by March 31, 2027. Accordingly, its scheduled go-live date must be no later than March 2, 2027.

The New Dealership Track ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on June 30, 2027, or when its 100th spot is filled, whichever occurs first. A Qualifying Demo must be completed by the applicable end date.

Each drawing will be conducted within 30 days after the applicable track ends. If fewer than 100 Eligible Dealerships qualify for a track, the drawing will be conducted from all valid entries in that track.

Standard qualification method. First, go live on a scheduled go-live date on or after October 8, 2026. Cutover must be complete and the new check-in must be in use on the confirmed go-live date. Dealerships that went live before October 8, 2026 are not eligible under the standard method.

Next, meet at least three of the following five targets, averaged across the measurement window:

Target Threshold
Check-in utilization 80% or higher
Video capture 40% or higher
Vehicle inspection completion 70% or higher
Appointment utilization 90% or higher
Video or estimate sent to the customer 50% or higher

Measurement window. The measurement window is the 30 consecutive days beginning on the confirmed go-live date, which is day one. Days the dealership is closed count and do not extend the window. The Eligible Dealership qualifies on the last day of the window if it meets at least three targets.

Alternate Method of Entry. An Eligible Dealership assigned to the Transitioning Dealership Track may receive one entry without going live or satisfying the utilization targets by submitting a written request containing the phrase: “This Request is for entry into the Forward Lane Promotional Sweepstakes.”, the dealership name, unique Stellantis dealer code, physical address, and name, title, email address, and telephone number of an authorized representative to: Dealer-FX North America Group, Inc., 150 Commerce Valley Dr W, Suite 900, Markham, Ontario L3T 7P4; ATTN: Dave Dennis. The request must be received between October 8, 2026 and 11:59 p.m. Central Time on March 31, 2027. A timely and complete alternate entry has the same status and odds as an entry earned through the standard qualification method. Limit one entry per Eligible Dealership, regardless of method.

No purchase, payment, contract, subscription, renewal, or continuation of any Dealer-FX product or service is required to enter or win. A commercial relationship with Dealer-FX will not increase an Eligible Dealership’s odds of winning.

Book and complete a Qualifying Demo through the Dealer-FX demo-booking webpage or a Dealer-FX representative. The first 100 Eligible Dealerships to complete a Qualifying Demo qualify, in the order their demos are completed. Limit one entry per Eligible Dealership.

“Qualifying Demo” means a demonstration of the Dealer-FX Service Intelligence Platform™, delivered by a Dealer-FX representative to members of the dealership’s fixed operations team and attended by at least one dealership representative at service manager level or above, such as a service manager, fixed operations director, general manager, or dealer principal.

No purchase, payment, agreement, or commitment to acquire a Dealer-FX product or service is required. There are no utilization targets for this track.

Qualifying spots are filled in the order Eligible Dealerships qualify.

Transitioning Dealerships. Going live does not reserve a spot. A standard-method entry qualifies only after its measurement window closes and the Administrator confirms that at least three targets were met. A valid alternate entry qualifies when received and verified by the Administrator.

New Dealerships. Spots are filled in the recorded order in which Qualifying Demos are completed.

Ties. If more Transitioning Dealerships qualify on the same day than there are spots remaining, the remaining spots are filled first by the number of targets met, five before four before three, and then by random selection among entries that remain tied. Alternate entries qualifying that day will be included at the three-target level. If completion times for New Dealership Qualifying Demos are identical or unavailable, remaining spots are filled by random selection among the tied entries.

The Administrator may report the number of spots remaining in each track in Forward Lane updates.

Two prizes are available in each track, four prizes in total:

  • One custom Snap-on KHP46 40-inch 6-drawer Classic Roll Cart, approximate retail value (“ARV”) $2,625 USD.
  • One custom Snap-on KCP1422 55-inch 10-drawer Classic Roll Cab, ARV $8,580 USD.

Total ARV per track is $11,205 USD; total ARV for the Sweepstakes is $22,410 USD. ARVs are based on Snap-on U.S. list prices. Custom color selection and standard delivery to the winning dealership’s service address are included. Installation, unloading, assembly, accessories, permits, and other incidental expenses are not included unless the Sponsor confirms otherwise in writing. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded.

Each prize is awarded to the winning Eligible Dealership, not an individual. No transfer, assignment, or cash redemption is permitted. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Odds depend on the number of valid entries in the applicable track. With no more than 100 entries in a track, the odds of winning the first prize are no worse than 1 in 100. The first-prize winner is removed before the second drawing, so the second-prize odds depend on the number of remaining valid entries.

Within 30 days after a track closes, the Administrator will conduct two documented random drawings from all valid entries in that track, first for the roll cart and then for the roll cab. The roll cart winner will be removed before the roll cab drawing. The drawings will be conducted at the Administrator’s address under procedures maintained by the Administrator.

Each selected dealership is a potential winner until the Sponsor or Administrator verifies eligibility and timely completion of all required documentation. A potential winner may be required to:

  • verify its eligibility and unique dealer code;
  • identify an authorized representative;
  • execute and return a declaration of eligibility, prize-acceptance agreement, release, and any reasonably requested tax documentation;
  • confirm that accepting the prize complies with its policies and applicable vehicle-manufacturer or dealer-group agreements; and
  • confirm a valid service delivery address and its ability to receive and unload the prize.

The Administrator will notify a potential winner using the contact information it maintains for the dealership, including the dealer principal and service manager where known. The potential winner must respond within 14 days after notice and must complete all requested verification and prize-acceptance documentation, including its color selection, within 30 days after notice.

If a potential winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted, does not timely respond, does not timely complete the required documentation, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, it forfeits the prize. The Administrator may conduct up to three alternate drawings for that prize. If no alternate qualifies, the prize will not be awarded.

The Sponsor will arrange standard delivery to the winning dealership’s service address. Build time and delivery timing are subject to availability and will be communicated by the Sponsor.

The Administrator will measure utilization targets using Dealer-FX reporting from the Service Intelligence Platform and will determine demo booking and completion dates from Dealer-FX sales records. The Administrator may also use implementation records, system logs, alternate-entry records, drawing records, communications, and other reliable business records to verify eligibility and administer the Sweepstakes.

By participating, each Eligible Dealership authorizes the Administrator to use and share with the Sponsor its dealership contact information, dealer code, go-live records, platform utilization data, demo records, qualification status, and prize information solely to administer, verify, audit, and communicate regarding the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable agreements and law.

An Eligible Dealership that believes a qualification decision resulted from a clerical, reporting, or administrative error must notify its Dealer-FX contact in writing within 10 business days after receiving the decision. The Administrator will review reasonably available records and correct a demonstrated error. After that review, the Sponsor’s and Administrator’s determination is final and binding to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Sponsor or Administrator may make a reasonable, consistently applied adjustment if a material Dealer-FX system outage, data failure, delayed implementation attributable to Dealer-FX, or Administrator error materially prevents accurate measurement or participation. Routine dealership closures, staffing issues, dealership-controlled technical problems, or other circumstances outside the Sponsor’s or Administrator’s control will not extend a measurement window.

The Sponsor and/or Administrator will retain qualification records, alternate-entry records, drawing documentation, notifications, alternate-selection records, and prize-delivery records for a reasonable period after the Sweepstakes ends.

The Sponsor and Administrator may identify qualifying and winning dealerships by dealership name and city in Forward Lane updates and other Sweepstakes communications. No individual’s name, image, voice, or likeness will be used for advertising or promotional purposes without that individual’s consent.

A dealership may ask not to appear in optional promotional or marketing materials without losing its entry. The Sponsor and Administrator may nevertheless make disclosures reasonably necessary to administer the Sweepstakes, verify results, comply with law, or respond to a winner-list request.

To request the names of winning dealerships, send a written request via mail to the Administrator’s address within 90 days after the final drawing.

The Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, unauthorized intervention, technical failure, legal requirements, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes. To the extent practicable, no modification will materially diminish an entry already earned or adversely alter an entrant’s eligibility or odds. If the Sweepstakes ends early, the Sponsor may conduct the drawings from all valid entries received before termination and will award all prizes properly claimed unless awarding a prize is prohibited by law.

The Sponsor may disqualify an entrant that tampers with the entry or drawing process, submits false information, acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner, attempts to obtain more than one entry, or otherwise violates these Official Rules.

These Official Rules are the complete terms of the Sweepstakes. If an email, in-app message, sales document, presentation, advertisement, or other communication conflicts with these Official Rules, these Official Rules control. All promotional materials must accurately state the material terms and provide access to the complete Official Rules.

Where open. The Sweepstakes is open only to Eligible Dealerships located in the United States and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Governing law. These Official Rules, the Sweepstakes, and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.

Disputes. Any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, these Official Rules, an eligibility or qualification determination, a drawing, or a prize must be resolved individually, without resort to any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. Any such proceeding must be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Kenosha County, Wisconsin, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Each entrant irrevocably consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts and waives any objection based on improper venue or inconvenient forum.

Decisions. Except for the correction process in section 9, the Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions concerning eligibility, qualification, entry validity, drawings, and administration are final and binding to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Jury-Trial Waiver. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EACH ENTRANT, THE SPONSOR, AND THE ADMINISTRATOR KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES OR THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

Attorneys’ Fees and Costs. Each party will bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs in any dispute arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, and representatives (the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, stolen, delayed, illegible, or misdirected entries or communications; technical or system failures; unauthorized intervention; human or administrative error; or any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or from accepting, possessing, delivering, or using a prize. Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AN ENTRANT’S RECOVERY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES OR THESE OFFICIAL RULES WILL BE LIMITED TO THE ENTRANT’S ACTUAL, DIRECT, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED IN PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, IF ANY. IN NO EVENT WILL AN ENTRANT BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL; ATTORNEYS’ FEES, EXCEPT WHERE REQUIRED BY LAW; OR MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED DAMAGES. EACH ENTRANT WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK OR OBTAIN SUCH DAMAGES.

Release. By participating, each entrant releases the Released Parties from claims arising out of participation or the acceptance, possession, delivery, or use of a prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Each prize is provided as is, subject only to the manufacturer’s standard warranty.

Taxes. Each winning dealership is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes arising from its receipt of a prize and for all costs and expenses not expressly included in the prize description. Before awarding or delivering a prize, the Sponsor or Administrator may require the winning dealership to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 or other reasonably requested tax documentation. The Sponsor may report the prize award to applicable taxing authorities and issue any tax form required by law.

Dealer agreements. Each entrant is solely responsible for confirming that its participation in the Sweepstakes and its acceptance of a prize comply with its internal policies and its agreements, policies, or requirements involving Stellantis, another vehicle manufacturer, a dealer group, or any other applicable third party. The Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for determining whether an entrant may participate in the Sweepstakes or accept a prize under any such requirement.

Severability. If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

No waiver. The Sponsor’s or Administrator’s failure or delay in enforcing any provision of these Official Rules does not waive that provision or the right to enforce it later. A waiver on one occasion does not constitute a waiver on any other occasion.
