CCPA Process

The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA” or “Act”), requires Dealer-FX to provide California consumers with the following rights:

  • Access
  • Data Portability
  • Deletion
  • Disclosures about Sharing/Sale
  • Opt-Out
  • Opt-In (Minors or their guardian must affirmatively authorize the sale of the minor’s personal information)

NOTE: These CCPA rights are currently only available for California Consumers and Dealerships
